Those of you that are exercise enthusiasts know that one of the most painful parts of getting back into shape is the muscle soreness your experience when you start your workouts back up. I don’t know about you, but I love the feel of running on the treadmill and lifting weights… what I could do without is my inability to move the following day. Granted, being sore is simply part of the personal fitness paradigm and I honestly believe if you are not sore after your workouts you are not pushing yourself hard enough. However, the price of an excellent workout is a sore body for the next few days.

Any of you that have suffered from back pain for a significant amount of time can appreciate the cause and effect nature of this ailment. Most of us that deal with this nuisance are the victims of our own neglect. By that I mean that through the use of diet and exercise, many forms of back pain can be mitigated. I have found that dealing with the back pain by using the BioFreeze pump to apply this medicine to the area of my lower back is highly effective in dealing with the immediate pain, but because I have not spent the time to address the root cause of the problem, the back pain relief from BioFreeze will only be temporary.

An alkaline diet simply involves eating higher levels of fruit and vegetables in the diet. This helps prevent bone breakdown from the typical Western acid diet. As an aid to reducing lower back pain, becoming healthier in general may well contribute to an easing of the pain.

Additionally, if you balance your diet with a workout program that focuses on developing and strengthening your core muscle groups, you will increase your opportunity to overcome persistent back pain without having to be reliant on drugs or surgery.

Discount BioFreeze Pump

I spend a lot of time on planes traveling all over the world. Not being quite as young as I used to be, the extensive travel takes its toll on my body, especially my lower back. One of the treatments I have begun to use for this lower back pain lately in BioFreeze. If I apply the BioFreeze, either its BioFreeze spray or BioFreeze cream, to the affected area of my back before I travel, I find that it helps to take the edge off of the pain. One of the challenges that I run into though is that there is a limit to the amount of liquids and gels one can bring on planes anymore. All of your liquids have to fit in a 1 quart bag. Obviously the BioFreeze pump (whether it is the 16oz or 32oz size) is not going to fit into this little bag.

One solution that I have contemplated is taking a small amount out of the BioFreeze pump container and putting it into a smaller container that will fit in the bag. Another option I have considered is to order some of the BioFreeze trial packs, or get some from my chiropractor, and use those to take with me on the plane. The only problem with the BioFreeze trial packs is that once you use them up, they are gone. While I understand this holds true with anything you use up, my thinking applies primarily to those Items I would have with me in my carry-on luggage. If I went with a BioFreeze 16oz or 32oz pump, I could take out enough to get me through my flight there, and then refill the smaller container from the pump after I arrived on the ground.

The other benefit to this approach is that the pump would provide me with enough BioFreeze to last me throughout the duration of my trip. What I may have to do is spend some time searching one of those As Seen on TV exercise equipment sites and see if I can find a little container that you would typically use when you are working out.  That should be small and compact enough for those airplane flights.  Given that I spend a lot of time in Africa and Asia, these types of products are not always readily available and it pays to be prepared, especially if you have major issues with lower back pain (as I do). As I have spent my time searching the web for various BioFreeze gel products, I have come across a wide assortment of other methods of application when using BioFreeze with Ilex.

The BioFreeze online marketplace has so many options to choose from it is difficult to know where to begin when looking to purchase BioFreeze for the first time. ActiveForever, who I have profiled before, carries the BioFreeze cryospray in the 4 oz and 16 oz sizes. They tout this product as being the alternative to sticky hands. I guess there is some truth to that. One of the things I have noticed when applying the BioFreeze gel is that the residue left on your hand can be fairly thick. I just rub it into another part of my body…waist not, want not. The prices are reasonable, the BioFreeze spray (BioFreeze pump) 4 oz sells for 9.95…not bad. Additionally, there are some very useful reviews at the bottom of their site.

It should come as no surprise that a regimen of exercise and stretching will help to limit back pain and decrease the need for treatments such as BioFreeze Gel. One such activity is rowing, another is various types of gymnastics conditioning which focuses on strengthening one’s core. You should go out and run a query on rowing machines, and gymnastics conditioning exercises. There is much information available, and it may help eliminate some of your back problems from the start.

I have also spent some time looking around the web for discount BioFreeze for sale and have come across a couple of sites that seem to have fairly good prices. Not only does eBay carry the product for sale by different vendors, but they also provide a very thorough description of the product, how it can be used, and some recommended applications for the medicine. If you are in the market to purchase some of this product, I would highly recommend visiting eBay and reading the information they have.

The other site I found is ConsumerMedHelp. This site does not provide as much information about BioFreeze gel as does eBay, but it is still a decent site. This site provides BioFreeze online product ordering, and it appears the prices are fairly reasonable. This site provides additional information on other products.
